What is your policy for cancellations?
At Victoria Zero Emission Tours, ensuring the comfort and safety of our customers is our top priority in every aspect of our operations. Here’s our cancellation policy:
- Customers who cancel their reservations more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure are eligible for full refunds.
- Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain or high winds, Victoria Zero Emission Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel tours for customer safety.
- Customers will be promptly notified of any tour cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, with alternative arrangements or refunds offered at Victoria Zero Emission Tours’ discretion.
