Welcome to Victoria Zero Emission Tours! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our tour services and website. By booking a tour with us or using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Booking and Payment
- To book a tour, you must provide accurate and complete information.
- We require a 50% down payment to secure your booking, which can be made via Square or PayPal. The remaining balance is to be paid in person on the day of your tour.
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.
- You agree to make payments for bookings using Paypal and Stripe or other available payment methods through our website. Victoria Zero Emission Tours does not retain credit card information.
- By making a payment, you authorize Victoria Zero Emission Tours and its payment service partners to process your payments. These payment processing services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party services, which govern payments made through their systems.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Full refunds are available within 24 hours of booking, except for non-refundable tickets. No refunds are issued after 24 hours from the time of booking.
- Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure.
- Refunds will be issued within 24 hours after cancellation.
Tour Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or safety concerns.
- In such cases, we will offer alternative tour options or provide a full refund.
Participant Conduct
- Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by our tour guides.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings during the tour.
Acceptance of Risk and Release of Liability
- When booking a tour with Victoria Zero Emission Tours, you acknowledge and assume any risks associated with travel destinations. We make no warranties regarding the safety or suitability of any destination and shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from or related to such destinations.
- Victoria Zero Emission Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the tour, except where prohibited by law.
- Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Privacy Policy
- We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Waiver
I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below in consideration for participating in the tourist activities offered by Victoria Zero Emission Tours:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that the activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, illness, and other dangers. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability: I release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during the course of my participation in the tourist activities.
Personal Responsibility: I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being during the tourist activities. I agree to follow all instructions provided by the Company's guides or representatives and to exercise caution at all times.
Insurance: I understand that the Company may not provide any insurance coverage for me and that I am responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for the duration of my trip.
Compliance with Laws: I agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs during my participation in the tourist activities.
I have read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
